These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the APIP Konsultan Platform (the "Service"), operated by Akademi Perunding Imej Profesional ("APIP"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • You must be a certified consultant of APIP to create an account.
  • All new accounts are subject to review and approval by an administrator. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for all information, photos, text, and other content ("User Content") that you upload to your profile.

  • You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
  • By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of the Service (i.e., on your public profile and in the directory).
  • You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others (including copyright).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

  • Misrepresent your identity or professional qualifications.
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin area or other users' accounts.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. APIP does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that access to it will be continuous or uninterrupted.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
